Barbara Bond-Gentry affectionally known as “Coach Bee, the queen of beelief” is a Business Mindset Coach, Author, Speaker, Mentor and Boss!! Above all She is deeply committed to her family and faith. She is married to Pastor Mac H. Gentry II and is the proud mother of four amazing children. As the First Lady of K.E.P.T Outreach Ministries, Coach Bee plays an integral role in leading the women of K.E.P.T and serving her community at large. Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Coach Bee's roots and experiences have shaped her into the resilient and compassionate leader she is today.

Professionalism and Experience

She is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Norfolk State University. With over 25 years of experience in non-profit accounting, She has become a seasoned expert in financial management and strategy. Currently serving as the Vice President and CFO of Status Home, Inc., She brings her wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to the organization, driving its financial success and mission fulfillment. In addition to her corporate role, Coach Bee is the CEO and Founder of Coach Bee Enterprises, the home of Boss Factory Academy, where she provides coaching and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Coach Bee is also a passionate advocate for women's empowerment and community development. As the founder of The Ladies of My Sister's Keeper Incorporated, she has created a platform to uplift and support women in their personal and professional journeys. In her spare time, Coach Bee enjoys serving as the Head Coach of Beestmode girls Volleyball Team. She also finds joy in teaching balloon classes and creating Beautiful Events with Beeyond Beelief ,Balloons Décor and More Inc where she serves as the Founder, Lead Instructor and Head Designer.
